Call, text, or send the form: what the vehicle is doing (a video of the noise helps more than you’d think), the year/make/model, and where it’s sitting — Bowling Green, one of the county towns, or a roadside. That’s enough for us to talk likely causes and set a visit.

2. We Diagnose at the Vehicle

We come to the car and test — battery, charging, starter, brakes, codes, whatever the symptoms point at. You get told what the readings actually say, in plain English, not a parts-cannon guess.

3. You Get the Quote Before the Work

The repair is quoted free, in full, before a wrench turns: parts, labor, the whole number. You approve it or you don’t — and if we uncover something different mid-job, work stops and you get a call and choices, never a padded invoice.
